Author Visit: dkbookclub, Dynamic Language Center, Penang (Malaysia)

A group of students has been reading Space Cadets for their book club. We’ve been corresponding online, and will get a chance to meet face to face (well, sort of) when we video conference together. The 14 hour time difference means that I’ll be getting up early to meet with them at 6:00 a.m. MDT. Meanwhile, each of the students will sign in from their own homes at 8:00 p.m. their time. (That’s a better deal for them, but I’ll schedule some nap time later on, so it’ll be fine.) I’m excited!
I was a teacher for 31 years in Red Deer, Alberta (Canada). I had boatloads of fun with my students, but three decades is a long time, so I decided to retire to something a little quieter.
Space Cadets is my first book, but I have a bunch of ideas bouncing around in my head, so more are sure to follow!
