Hinckley-Big Rock Middle School (Illinois) Author Visit

I’m excited to meet the 6th, 7th and 8th grade students of Hinckley-Big Rock Middle School for a virtual author visit. During this video chat, I’ll read a little bit of Space Cadets to the students, as well as answering their questions. As always, I’m looking forward to talking about writing with these young people!
I was a teacher for 31 years in Red Deer, Alberta (Canada). I had boatloads of fun with my students, but three decades is a long time, so I decided to retire to something a little quieter.
Space Cadets is my first book, but I have a bunch of ideas bouncing around in my head, so more are sure to follow!
