St. Francis of Assisi Middle School (Red Deer) Grade 7 Literacy Week

I’m excited to have the chance to return once again to St. Francis to meet with each of their grade 7 classes throughout the day. I’ll read the first chapter of Space Cadets to them, and then we’ll have a chance to talk about reading and writing.
I was a teacher for 31 years in Red Deer, Alberta (Canada). I had boatloads of fun with my students, but three decades is a long time, so I decided to retire to something a little quieter.
Space Cadets is my first book, but I have a bunch of ideas bouncing around in my head, so more are sure to follow!
